On Tuesday, June 9th at the Pittsfield City Council meeting, the Berkshire Hills Chorus of Sweet Adelines International was presented with a proclamation to honor the chorus for its achievement in winning first place among small choruses in the annual competition of Region 1 of Sweet Adelines International and in receiving the award for the most improved chorus.  After the proclamation was presented, the chorus sang for the members of the City Council.

The proclamation was read at the meeting by Pittsfield Mayor Dan Bianchi and is shown below. We are so honored to receive this recognition from the city!
